Getting guests to enter their ID details before they arrive.
Every booking has an online check-in link. Guests open it on their phone and enter the details for the whole group, in English or Italian.
In Prenotazioni → Messaggi automatici (Bookings → Automatic messages) check the pre-arrival message: it already contains the link.
In Prenotazioni → Ospiti (Guests) press "Invia per email" (Send by email) on the booking.
When the guest has finished, you'll find the completed documents in the booking.
Done. The data entered is used for guest registration and tourist tax. Nothing to copy by hand.
Tip. The fields requested depend on the property's country, so guests are only asked for what is required there.
