Alloggiati Web: sending guest data to the Italian police

For properties in Italy: file upload or direct submission.

Steps: 5Time: 2 minutes a dayYou need: your Alloggiati Web credentials (for direct submission also the WSKey)

In Adempimenti → Questura (Compliance → Police) you see today's and yesterday's arrivals, and what is missing for each guest.

Option A: direct submission (recommended)

  1. Enter your credentials once

    Username, password and WSKey. You generate the WSKey on the Alloggiati portal under Profile → Web Service Key.

  2. Check

    Press "Controlla con Alloggiati" (Check with Alloggiati): it tells you right away if there's an error.

  3. Send

    Press "Invia alla Questura" (Send to the police).

Option B: file upload

  1. Download the file

    Press "Scarica file" (Download file).

  2. Upload it to the portal

    On alloggiatiweb.poliziadistato.it go to Invio file and upload it.

Warning. Guest data must be sent within 24 hours of arrival (within 6 hours for one-night stays).
