InnBeds closes your rooms on every connected channel, including those via iCal, so nobody can book while you are closed.

As soon as the payment is confirmed, your rooms are back on sale on every channel with your real availability.
Warning. With the free trial on the seasonal option, the account is frozen at the end of the 15 days until you pay.
