At the end of the season your account is frozen: we close your rooms on every channel, while bookings, guests, invoices and connections are kept and you can still look at them. When you reopen, you renew and your rooms go back on sale where you left them.

No. The plan price is what you pay: no set-up fee and no commission on bookings. If you choose a payment method with a service fee, you see it before you pay.
No. It runs in the browser on your computer and installs like an app on your phone. No software, no updates to do: we take care of that.
Yes. You keep your Booking.com, Airbnb and Expedia accounts: connect them once and from then on prices and availability are managed from one calendar.
In Italy it is fully built in: police reporting (Alloggiati Web), ISTAT statistics and tourist tax. In other countries, online check-in collects the data your country requires and keeps the guest register ready to print or export, but submitting it to the authority (for example SES.HOSPEDAJES in Spain, SIBA in Portugal, the Meldeschein in Germany or the guest register in Austria) remains your responsibility. Rules differ between countries and sometimes regions: always check with your local authority.
Yes. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid, with no penalty. You can also change plan at any time.
