First steps: setting up your property

The six things to do on day one, in the right order.

After signing up, your property already exists. Follow these steps one at a time: at the end you'll be ready to take bookings.

  1. Create your room types

    Go to Amministrazione → Strutture → Configura (Administration → Properties → Configure) and add your room types (for example Double, Family, Apartment) with a base price.

  2. Name each room

    In Planning → Gestisci camere (Manage rooms) give each room a name or number: 101, Attic, Garden apartment.

  3. Set up your seasons

    In Tariffe (Rates) create low season, high season and holidays, with weekday and weekend prices and a minimum stay.

  4. Connect your channels

    In Canali (Channels) activate the property and connect Booking.com, Airbnb or Expedia. There's a dedicated guide below.

  5. Add booking to your website

    In Sito web (Website) choose the address of your booking page and paste the code into your website.

  6. Set the property country

    In Amministrazione → Strutture → Configura check the country: online check-in then asks for the guest data required there.

Tip. Do you work with other people? Invite them from Amministrazione → Utenti (Users) with the right role: manager, receptionist or housekeeping. Everyone only sees what they need.

Done. From now on, prices and availability are changed in one place.
