Connecting Booking.com, Airbnb and Expedia

Activating the channels and mapping rooms and rates, step by step.

Steps: 4Time: 15 minutes per channelYou need: access to the channel's extranet (Booking.com, Airbnb or Expedia)

  1. Activate the property on the channels

    Go to Canali (Channels) and press "Attiva sui canali" (Activate on channels): rooms and rates are prepared for the connection.

  2. Choose the channel and authorise the connection

    • Booking.com: enter your Hotel ID, then in the Booking extranet go to Account → Connectivity provider and authorise.
    • Airbnb: log in with your Airbnb account and choose the listings to connect.
    • Expedia: enter the property ID and request the connection from Partner Central.

  3. Map rooms and rates

    For each room and rate on the channel, choose the matching one here. Take your time: this is the only step that needs care.

  4. Check the calendar

    Open the price calendar and make sure the values are right.

Done. From now on prices and availability go out from here within seconds, and new bookings arrive in the planner on their own.

Warning. Once connected, don't change prices and availability directly on the channel any more, otherwise they will be overwritten by the next change made here.
